Solar water heating systems use free heat from the sun to warm domestic hot water. A conventional boiler or immersion heater is then used to make the water hotter, or to provide hot water when solar energy is unavailable.

Non pressure means the tank can’t bear pressure directly from tap water which normally is 0.6Mpa, so there are vents to release pressure through the vents. Tap water pressure is released from the vents, then water pressure when you take a shower is gravity from top roof to your shower tap, so the most important thing on this type is to make sure vents open to air always. Otherwise the tank will be damaged because of high pressure from tap water.
There are 3 methods to charge water into tank.
First, we install auto feeding tank on the top of tank, it charges water automatically because it has a float valve inside this feeding tank, the principle is the similar to toilet.
Second, we can install controller, it has sensor to detect water level and temperature to show info on the screen, it can start charging water and heating by electrical heater when water quantity or temperature are not enough.
Third, it is a very simple and old way, we can install an overflow pipe on the one side of tank, but make sure u can see this pipe from your eyes, then u can turn on the tap water until water overflows from such pipe, it means the tank is full.
Our price is included tubes, tanks and frame, but electrical heater, Mg anode, auto feeding tank, controller are for your options. Make sure power is 220V, 5Hz.
This type is the cheapest one among all our products, because it is simple structure, easy handling, higher efficiency from directly heating water through vacuum tube, we can call it open and thermosiphon system.
Our pressure solar water heater can get 0.6Mpa water when u take shower.
All the parts are the same to our non pressure SWH, except adding a heat exchanger copper coil inside tank, we use water directly from copper coil as a closed loop to get the pressure the same as tap water. But our tank is still unpressure type, so make sure vents open always as well.
This type, we must install feeding tank, the principle is not the same as non pressure SWH, it just makes up some water into tank in case evaporating from vent. Because we don’t use water from tank, the tank just works as warmer to heat coil. So after days or years, water will be less and less, auto feeding tank will start to work and feed water into big tank.
But price of the type is much expensive. The price is included tank, tubes, feeding tank and frame structure, but Mg anode and electrical heater, controller are for your option.
The advantage of this type is: it can bear 0.6Mpa pressure, so u can enjoy nice shower, also u can connect this type to your electrical boiler or gas heater directly.
Copper coil outer diameter is 12mm, inner diameter is 10mm.
For both above tanks with 60C water, put into icehouse -20C for 12 hours, reduce 3-4C.

It can bear 0.3Mpa Pressure, it still can work well in case some tubes are broken.
The cost is higher than non pressure solar collector, because it has the stainless steel pipes inside vacuum tubes, most suppliers use copper inside, but we compare cost and efficiency, we find stainless steel is cheaper than copper, but efficiency is similar!
It is not heat pipe or U-pipe, it is direct flow system, just add a stainless steel pipe, water heated by tubes, goes up directly into manifold, no anti-freeze liquid or others, just water.

Non pressure solar collector with highest efficiency to get enough thermal stored inside tank, tank is non-pressure type with air vents also, in order to get high pressure water for shower, we add a copper coil inside tank, acts as a heat exchanger. When water flows into copper coil, it absorbs the heat of water in the tank via the copper coil. This heat exchange takes places instantly whenever hot water is being used and the output is pressurized hot water.

Solar water under-floor heating

How does it work?
1. A specially formulated plastic pipe is laid in the concrete slab throughout the dwelling and connected to hot and cold manifold. The slab must be insulated to prevent heat loss. 2. Solar collectors are connected to a backup storage tank to heat up the water. A backup storage gas water heater, or heat pump, is installed. 3. The water is circulated through the house. Every room can be temperature-controlled. 4. Days when heating is not required, the excess heat can be channeled to your swimming pool or used for your bathrooms and kitchen for hot water. Such a system can be customized to suit your requirements. 5. An electronic system controller ensures smooth operation.
